This policy explains what information Fixpal Inc. (“Fixpal”, “we”) collects when you visit fixpal.ca (the “Websites”) or use our services in store, how we use it, and how we protect it.

The information we collect or receive, and why

Information collected by or through advertisers and remarketers

Retention of personal information

We keep your personal information in a form that identifies you only for as long as it serves the purpose(s) for which it was collected as stated in this policy, as you have since authorized, or as allowed under applicable law.

Children’s privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 through the Websites. If you are under 13, please do not give us any personal information. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet use and to help enforce this policy by telling their children never to provide personal information through the Websites without permission. If you have reason to believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will make every effort to delete that information from our records.

Public areas and social media

Any information you share in public areas of our website or elsewhere on the Internet, including on social media, becomes public information. Please use caution when deciding to share personal information in these public areas.
